"Alysia" by Alison Hanslow

Alysia often comes across as cold and aloof. Her golden eyes never seem to brighten nor does she seem to smile. She appears as though she carries the weight of the world on her shoulders and never lets anyone get close. This of course; is simply a farce. Under-neath the cold; aloof, Black Widow Healer exterior, lies a sweet and happy girl; desperately craving for acceptance within this world. She cares with a passion about her craft and is highly skilled yet is constantly hard on herself; if she makes a mistake [as healers are wont to do sometimes] she berates herself for it constantly. She desperately wants to be loved but has been the cold and aloof ice-queen healer for so long that part of herself is almost gone.

This is my first drawing done by request, and it has unfortunately taken me some time to upload.
