| 4 Dec 2004 | Traber L. Schroeder | Mr. Allard -
thank you for your kind and sincere comments on my work. I know that I havent updated or been in touch with the Elfwood community for nearly two years now, but since my life has taken so many changes of late, its difficult to keep up with the art. I still watch, tho. Its great fun! So anyway - thanks again, and keep up the good work! | |
| 11 Dec 2004 | Nemphis mooneye | You got a great talent to define body dynamics and structure. And i do agree with you about your shading problems. might i say, that your problem with it is that u simply delimit the shading area, and then "color" it. shading shouldent be delimited and painted but drawn progressivly if u know what i mean. Like i said in one of your drawings, try cross hatching to improve this. | |
| 25 Dec 2004 | Anna Elissa | Okay, you see, I'm not acting the superior things because I'm a lot younger than you, but I'd like to give a little input, if you don't mind? I see the anatomies of muscles and poses you've made are all BRILLIANT (oh, I'm free of sins from lying! , but have you ever thought about background? I think some nice backgrounds will help to strengthen your already-excellent art. And of course, I'd love to see your works in colours (colours, with 's'). I think that'll be wonderful! Now I hope you don't think I'm a know-it-all or something. Thanks anyway, and keep artwork-ing! | |
| 18 Jan 2005 | Tobias Johansson | Wow, dude, you´ve got talent! Geez! This is just how I want MY pics to look like... You should do some more colored work and your pics would be EVEN MORE awsome!

| 27 Jun 2005 | Joanna lesley wilson aka Scary Poppins. | The skill you have is obvious, with beautiful simplicity in the lines and proportions, the ability to trick the imagination to fill in the spaces is sheer genius, your style is uniquely un-fussy and so much more exquisite as a consequence. | |
| 7 Nov 2005 | Jason Ellis | A gallery that is full of surprises. I like the different styles and influences that come together in your work. | |
| 23 Feb 2006 | Mark Andrew Goldfine | Excellent gallery, David! Your line work and shade blocking is just brilliant. Very good comic style work. I will have to get around to commenting each and every picture soon, because this is really good stuff!
Cheers! | |
| 25 May 2006 | Tim <t.everett@the...ne | This is magnificent stuff. I tried contacting you via MSN Messenger. If you'd like to chat, I have tons of inspiration for you. Msg me at "phreaktrayne" AT "hotmail" DOTCOM. | |
| 6 Jul 2006 | Robyn | OK, so ya said you wanted comments right. Well everything looks very clean and nice but as a suggestion try using different widths and intensities of line to obtain greater depth. Wide dark lines come forward while thin light lines recede. Sorry, just a mild pet peeve of mine no offence meant. | |
| 12 Aug 2007 | Isa Hartikainen | You got some great talent here! I really like your drawings! | |
