Did this a short while back for a contest for Okami-Rain http://okami-rain.deviantart.com/ , the terms to draw a merman and illustrate any of a number of themes. Had a lotta fun with this piece, may come back to this character at some point ~__^ He watches out for the fish, and he particularly hates those plastic can-ring things, and has lost count of the amount fo fish he's rescued from them!!! :(
