But I don't like the turqoise tear (why do people think that tears are needed to create an impression of misery anyway?) And it seems you weren't careful enough when using those swirls. Sometimes I think you need to correct the computer-generated swirls a bit after they're done. The one on the far right of her forehead for example. And the ear should have some shadow, maybe just one, to make it look less flat. It's the idea of an ear, not an ear.-----------Again, I like the tears. Very much actually. I like the pale turquoise because it is more dramatic. As far as the ears go, I like them as they are. None of her other features are very defined and I think it blends quite well with the picture. However, your ears are definately one of your strong points, so I don't mind you criticizing mine. Maybe next time instead of pointing out how bad they are, suggest a technique to make them better. *Mandy*

I wonder what makes her so sure that you added the tear souly to create the emotion....maybe you added it because you felt she was crying....and having the "idea" of an ear as opposed to a very detailed, clearly defined ear....is what art is all about...look at Picasso...good thing Tove wasn't around to drag him down, eh? I admire her honesty but I feel she's a little on the presumptuous side! This is excellent work...and that's my final answer!!!
