Gender is something more... intangible. The angelic ought to be above such concerns, but the notion that they are so tied to humanity, to the human condition, it makes one wonder about the Grand Plan. I do love the art, and the story you are telling is intriguing.

The story may be intriguing but theologically inaccurate. Angels have no gender. They are a perfect unchangable creation. Messengers of the Most High. Creatures of pure energy. Sometimes appearing to men as in human form, but that is not their real form. The mystery of how Lucifer sinned and fell is just that, a mystery. Christ said in heaven there is neither marriage nor giving in marriage.
