Trystesse is a paladin and the (blind) guardian of a sacred relic she is sworn to protect. To accomplish this lifetime task, her god has granted her a vision beyond mere eyesight: the keen senses of the white owl. She hears a faint noise from the wilderness ahead and draws her sword. Sniffing the air, she senses a drow nearby, and promptly shouts: 'Halt! Name thyself and thy matters in this holy place!' The unwanted visitor has chosen to keep to himself, and in the lasting silence she notices the air around her suddenly cooling...

Poser Pro. This is my first serious/decent attempt at a full Poser scene, with absolutely no Photoshop postwork (excepting the signature, obviously).

Oooo.... she is so beautiful but it looks to much on a computer game. But you most have being working on it for a long time didn't you?

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "It took me 2 hours to morph the character's face the way I wanted it to be, 3-4 hours to arrange the scene and 20 minutes to render it in high resolution (didn't take too long at all). Unfortunately, there was no way this wouldn't look like a computer game (both are 3D and done in the computer!). Specially when you don't do postwork, which is the case here (what I rendered is what you see here, excepting the signature, not a brush stroke more). I hope computer games soon look like this, though. =)"

I really like this pic alot!!! In fact I like your whole
gallery. You are amazing. I espcially like this one.
She's sooooooo pretty and the graphics are just stunning.
I think you need more pics......alot more. The coloring and everything about just say be..au..ti..ful. Just love
it. Heh ^_^ keep up the good work.

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Thank you for your kind words! I know, my gallery is too small. If I did more pieces like this one it would be bursting by now, but I personally don't appreciate 3D art as much as traditional art... and traditional art takes time. =/"

Simply amazing.

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Thank you, I'm glad you think so."

I don't know what or how you guys do those graphics with the coloring and everything, but its totally awesome!!!!! Keep up the good work.

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Hehe thank you, it is just a little program called Poser, and a ton of storebought objects and goodies. Fun fun fun!"

Este está demais, você tem página pessoal? Como faço para saber mais de sua arte?

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Não tenho página pessoal ainda, esta é minha única galeria por enquanto. Obrigada pelo interesse =)"

Gorgeous, I love the armour, and the sword, what a gorgeous sword!

The grass! How on earth can people do computerised lawns, mine always turn out utterly wrong.....

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Thank you! The sword, grass, and pretty much everything else wasn't my credit though, I just got all these wonderful models from talented 3D artists and put them together in a scene."

okay first off, love it, nice job, second, how did you do that? I just got poser 5 and i'm reading the manual and i am soooooo confuzled...any helpful would be appreciated, advice, sites or otherwise...agian, i really like it.

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "First off, I didn't use Poser 5, but Poser Pro (had I used Poser 5 I'd still be clueless by that time - it's considerably harder to learn than Poser Pro). Although most features remain the same, working in Poser Pro is much simpler, and that can be a good and a bad thing. I've seen wonderful pieces done in Poser 5 that could never have been done in the older version. Let me recommend you Renderosity, Daz3D and RuntimeDNA as sites you must see! Google for them and, while you're at it, do a search for "Poser 5 tutorials". Most great tutorials are scattered around the net. Hope that helped. If you need any further help, e-mail me!"

I love this pic, the textures and lighting are amazing! Her stance is good, and she's actually fully dressed, which is refreshing considering all the mostly nude poser pics on elfwood. The background is awesome also- I love it!

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Thanks a lot!! This comment makes me so happy, as this was my first full-blown Poser scene! The armor doesn't quite fit her, but at the time I didn't know how it was supposed to work... (That's the Victoria 3 model wearing quite a few pieces of armor meant for Victoria 2. A lot of work to hide the spots that gave that away!)"
