She was bold enough to defy the evil wizard in his very own tower. She was strong enough to survive. And she was fortunate enough to recover an ancient artifact of powerful magic. Now old and retired from her adventuring days, she enjoys her gifts of lasting youth and countless riches. But the hour for the third and last wish is neigh... and she must decide, lest the genie's curse be fulfilled and unspeakable doom befalls her.

What!! No comments jet??!! What a shame!!! This is a great pic. I love it.. *seigh*

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Thank you, glad you like it =) It spent a whole week voted #1 in the 3D Gallery at GFXartist.com. And 'A Welcome Break' spent a few days along at #2 as well! I'm happy. =)"

The girl looks like Sandra Bullock

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "She ended up very similar, didn't she? My husband said she looks like his mom when she was young too. =)"

I think what Minttu was bothered by was that the panty line says one thing about her figure (a flat, well-trained stomach) while the top flares out in a way that suggests pregnancy, if not obesity (since the rest of her body is slim - go figure)... If you cover up the pic from the end of her tube top (or whatever it is... I'm a guy with quite a limited command of lingerie terminology) you feel like her stomach is protruding quite a bit. Whereas if you cover the top, you'd expect the stomach to continue on upwards, away from the viewer... I dunno how to explain better, but I hope the point comes across. That said, I really love the light and shading... very expressive colors. You've also managed a very emotional facial expression. Great job overall.

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Thank you for the very helpful comment! Yes, I see your point - you're right, it does give that impression! She's not meant to have a tummy though, I guess it's just the way her corset was modelled, or the way her figure is bent, which gives that impression. One more Poser model anatomy flaw, most likely. Thanks for pointing that out - and thank you for the kind words!"

If I were her, my last wish would be for a really cool sword or something else dumb, though I suggest she wishes for something good for all the people fo the world...

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Cheesy, I know, but I think she's going to wish for love and companionship. She's all alone in that palace, except for her servants... not much of a life, right? Like The Great Dungeon Master once said, 'All the loot in the campaign world does not a happy character make.'"

Wow it's so beautiful! I don't know much about the programs you use...but like does it already come with previously made models of people or something and you position them?
I love this so much, you are very talented..keep it up!

:-) Amanda Kümmel Magalhães replies: "Thank you for the kind comment! Yes, that's right. You do have to acquire pre-made 'default' male or female models, then you alter and morph their features to your liking, apply textures to them, position and pose them. Same for hair, clothes, props, buildings etc. Then you have to set up lighting and other effects, and do some postwork (or a lot of, depending on the piece) in a separate program, like Photoshop, to correct geometry defects, misplaced shadows, highlights that didn't translate well, and to give a more human, less plastic feel to the piece in general. That's about it! It's way fun though!"

This is very pretty, though I agree with the previous commenter about her tummy. Still it really isn't that strange - I'm pretty slim but when I sit down my belly bulges too - that is just the way people are designed.
One thing that does strike me as strange is the deep indents in her thighs where her legs meet her hips. I know women are different than men, but is that normal or a poser problem?
