ok it looks a little better now without the dark line down the middle from the scan. 

An ancient race built a temple on this hill top, for a forgotten religion.  A small trace of magic remains to keep the figure standing...guarding something perhaps.  Its only companion is the dragon wrapped around it faithfully watching and waiting.

Far and away my favorite of yours. The detailing is wonderful, and I mean that. Showing the column as part of an arch is wonderful. Perhaps it would get more interesting in of itself if it had an off-angle perspective?

I know there's a story behind this, and that's the best part about fantasy art. Good job!

Wow. People don't normaly draw pictures like the ones you do. I love the Dragon. I basicaly stink at art, but I am writting a novel about dragons, wizards, ogres, bad and good faries, knomes, and demons that I made up. Deevils. they are the worst sort of demon imaginable. Wow, it would be cool if you could illistrate my novel when it is finished! I couldn't draw to save my life, but I'm very good at putting pictures in people's imaginations. Wow. I would PAY a LOT to see a bigger version of this, it's downright amazing. HEY! I'm writing a novel, too! Well, Trilogy actually. This picture is wonderful- small yet wonderful
the dragon looks so cute and curious behind the wizard looking man- i also love the detail in the shrubs around them. Everything in this picture is very wonderful- and all your dragons i've seen in ur gallery are very very nicely drawn- amazing work.
Don't stop keeping us in awe
