This is one of the many weird reptile ideas I’ve had. I simply wanted a reptile with more wings, but also with special forms. Or if not wings, then at least something that floats around and makes it look pretty.

This is how I ended up with these “gracious reptiles”, because they are not meant for battle, only for peaceful life. They have one major wing set which actually enables them to fly, but also several other prolonging of the body: two big feather-shaped formations that aid in floating, two skin strings that are tied to their waist and for flowing shapes, as well as two false limb-like formations near their hands. They also have two tails.

This orange reptile has feather wings and brings a twist to my first imagined gracious flyers: she strikes more of a fight pose and looks pretty determined.
