This is an attempt to make a color version of 'Showing the world'. According to me it's much better than the original. It's made in watercolors...

*eyes the comment above* I disagree. I tend to prefer paint that isnt overdone. Which is the risk you take, especially with thin, wet washes of color. I like this painting as it is.

wow, I almost feel like I"m in Sweden again. 2 You've nicely captured the style of scandinavian trolls, IMHO. Though what do I know, eh? The birch could use more depth/shading, the sky really could use some form, the grass is... very rudimentary compared to the central figure, and the little one's arm looks like it's stretched to two times its proper length. But the central troll is perfect. 2

I love it, it's really sweet... yeah kinda reminds me of them scandinavian trolls hehe Keep up the good work. And no the arm of the little fella doesn't really look streched.. Fra Sverige huh? 2
