Can i dream just a little longer? With out the critisism of those who know only reality and can't possibly imagine the impossible as ordinary...? I might not be much of a dreamer, but at least their my dreams, not stolen from another. Although, not original, either. More like, consumed... Ack! Sweet crap on a cracker! I've been babbling again! quick quick! Just look at the picture and run away! Before I 'wax rapsodic' again! 10/02

Wow thats really good. Its also very unique,a quality thats hard to find, great work

:-) Amanda Beth replies: "It's not so unique. Anyone can add randomeness to their work. Try it! It's fun. Look around your room, and add what ever you see to your picture. Some times, it works, others, well, it's a learning experience..."

This reminds me of a dream I had. My roomate said I mumbled in my sleep "If you want to know what the consciousness of a fish is... I imagine it being alive." The picture is excellent and provokes a lot of mood and thought. Well done!

You must be a skilled artist who manages to really draw your own dreams. It fits its discription.

:-) Amanda Beth replies: "You know, I can't really draw my dreams. I just move the pencil across the page and shape my dreams as I draw. Things are always changing, and the never end as the start."

hey gogo cheesy "ooo-pretty" comment from someone who knows nothing about art!!

but seriously, even though I don't know anything about art, I really like this picture. I like the contrast of the dark in one corner and the light in the other, while the brush-stroke-y texture gives a feel or surreality to the whole piece. Beautiful!

Very dreamy. I love the bright colors, and the movment in her hair, the air around her, and especialy the fish. I also like the style... it all adds to the dreamy quality of "not quite awake" about it.
