A box I made to donate to a charity auction. (This description was written in October 2008)

My cousin's baby boy Kaden was born with some weird neurological condition. The doctors don't even have a name for it but it causes seizures and prevents him from breathing on his own. He's only been home from the hospital once since he was born, and that only lasted for about 3 weeks or so before he was sent back to the hospital.

A few weeks ago they held a charity auction and benefit dinner to help cover the costs of his medical care. I made a few small things to donate including this box. (I also helped sell tickets, donated bought stuff, and ate my dinner standing so I could help serve- good thing about being a server is we all got to eat right out of the pans so we got twice as much, plus take home leftovers.) If you feel so inclined (and I don't really expect you too, so don't feel bad if you can't) you can also make donations through the website they've set up [link] or to a Washington Mutual bank (check site for details). I didn't think to take measurments on the box when I made it, but I'd say it was about as long as my hand, and about 3/4 of an indexfinger tall. T-T yeah, I might be able to find another blank box like that to measure later.
