When the sun comes

Warm and bright

The lady peaks

From her room

To feel the golden light

The original concept is that the girl is supposed to have some sort of connection to a phoenix. She was supposed to have wings, but I couldn't find a way to so it with out ruining the effect of the rest of the picture, especially the printed versions, and after spending about 18hrs working on it over 3 days, I've become rather attached to it's current appearence.

Oh, such a neat picture. I really like her dress, and the way you did the curtains. Also she has a nice hand. I like the concept of this picture. If you ever put those wings on there make sure you tell me. 2

Hmm, very nice picture. I love the warm, 'sunsetish' colours. Just a little constructive critisism: her hand is too big... But other than that, excellent pice of art.
