'A few creatures came and looked at them when the fire had died away. A fox passing through the wood on business of his own stopped several minutes and sniffed. 'Hobbits!' he thought. 'Well, what next? I have heard of strange doings in this land, but I have seldom heard of a hobbit sleeping out of doors under a tree. Three of them! There's something mighty queer behind this.' He was quite right, but he never found out any more about it.'

5 Aug 2005	Faye Greenleaf	Loading... Well! I am most pleased to see that not quite everyone has forgotten this small, but curious character. I am most impressed! The sleeping hobbits are excellent, how inocent they look, with no idea the horrors that lie in waiting before them. Very good pic!!

Such a cute and accurate depiction of the Fox insident.Did I not tell you; you were the best?Aye but you deserve it again.It is watercolour right?Dificult and messy but yours is not messy at all.I love watercolours and I hate when someone miss uses them and the paintings look all messy even if good.I have seen my share of those in art galleries; and they call themselves artists because they can paint a flower motif and then try to sell it at thousands of dollars.True art like this is priceless.
