| This is a poem I wrote about a verrrrry old dragon... Her name used to be Lit'na, but all the apostrophes got kind of confusing so I named her after Novea, a tea-drinking debating dragon from another poem. |

The figures from a Dragon’s Hoard
Are quite high in treasure,
But, from Nouva’s Hoard, the loot,
I’m told, no human bean could measure.
There were 20 spoons from Castle Marr,
One glass box, the lid ajar,
14 swords of 14 knights,
A TV set, a pair of tights.
57 collared shirts,
A hero’s shield, a box of Certs,
The golden watch from George’s Jewels,
7 drains from swimming pools.
Collecting has brought her to the top,
Once she starts, she cannot stop.
Judging by this peculiar style,
Nouva’s been around a while.
