	My character, Te...I sorta got this sudden urge to draw him after listening to the 'Hoist The Colors' song. He's not a pirate or anything, but he is sort of...undead. Heh. That, and he does sort of prefer to be around water. I haven't really done rain in photoshop, so I thought I'd give it a try. It turned out all right, I suppose...^_^ I should practice rain more often.
