Originally titled 'The Penitent Man,' this image features a war-weary Dumbledore contemplating his actions following his confessional to Harry. A PS diddy I did when I realized I ran out of white charcoal. Grr.

This reminds me of a political cartoon of LBJ (yea political cartoon, I said it, dont laugh at me) where he was in his bathroom watching the sunrise and the caption was like "all the foreign terrorists rest while the national ones wake" or something like that, which Is how I sort of see D-dore's situation, or what it was at least, he had to keep track of what was going on outside of his realm "DEs" and what was going on inside "Draco's little band of friends".. just had to add that. I really like it.

Very beautiful. He looks very sad, and I love it. I think this is The Perfect Dumbledore, and that this is the way he should look in the movies.

This is lovely, simple but so effective... just love the subtle smudges of chalk, works so much better than perhaps paints would, to capture the emotion in this. I also agree, the perfect Dumbledore 2

Your Harry Potter fan art is fantastic! I love your attention to details and how you are able to so perfectly interpret the scenes in the books and put them to paper.
You are nothing short of amazing.
You are also very talented in showing emotion in the pictures. Emotion is something so difficult to capture that it's rarely done right, but you have mastered it!
I think you should do a portrait of Dumbledore in the 7th book from the chapter The Prince's Tale. The scene where Dumbledore is exhausted and slumped in his chair in his grand office. His hand is blackened and dead, and Snape is furiously trying to contain the curse in his one hand from spreading through out him.
