I've seen your art many times before, and I must say you are very creative. Yet there are a couple of things you need to work on - The style you draw in, I call "Egyptian Style". Very like painted on a wall. Try not to make your character so stiff, and give him a bit more space to move in. Live up the eyes a bit and try to shade the picture.

A good rule when drawing anthros is, that you need to match human and animal as good as possible. You drawed a wolverine, for example - Wolverines are strong built, bad-tempered and respectful animals. Try to draw the animal first and then combine with a human.
