An illustration to 'The Joys of Traveling' story my german friend Maxi Sanne is writing. The story is about three dark elves (one of them is my own character Dzzirt the drow thief), who get in a mess, and by accident get thrown into another word/plane, and now they have to cooperate to get out of there. Their arrival made enough noise already, so they decided to masquerade themselves as ifriti, (a native race to this word), which was no problem, because one of them was a wizard - he put the appropriate spell on them. So, looking as ifriti, they marched into a nearest town, and into a tavern. While Talis the wizard was hoping for some rest, information, and a few cups of coffee (or it's local equivalent), Dzzirt the thief and Yannysh the fighter started to explore the vices the new word so eagerly, that a brawl had started even before the tired wizard finished his first cup. I tried to show that last peaceful moment before the brawl had started.
The picture is really huge (25 figures, heh), so I thought I'll dive some details here: Dzzirt, his 'lucky faeries' and the gamblers , Yannysh and an ifriti girl , Talis and his coffee , A shadowchild waitress (Shadowchildren is a feline-like native race). She's here because it's a first furrie-like person I've ever made:)

I realy like the variety and deversity of different chreatures. You did a wonderful job of creating those furries/ anthro looking girls and guys. Now I have to wonder how Dzzirt is gonna get out of this mess he is about to get involved in lol. And yes, this is a big picture. I admire how many folks you put into it. Again, you did a wonderful job Anya, and I'm lacking expressions of admiration I didn't use already. The way you show the perspective to the whole scene and showcase the main characters in full color is breathtaking!! Now, I'm having a problem in choosing a favorite!
