Yes, White Witch from Narnia and the Hessian from Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow are lovers. Aren't they making a nice couple? :))Powered by Roxen When I asked my Elfwood friend Sara Bean if she cares for an art trade, I had no idea... I thought that it'd be the usual way: I am doing your character, you are doing my character... And she did an excellent job on my half-drow mage character, take a look: 'Zmeifen and Dragon... But she asked me to draw something from her dream, where White Witch from Narnia and the Hessian from Sleepy Hollow were lovers 8)) Wow. It was unexpected, and challenging because I don't usually use photo references, and it was not the case when you can ignore them. But the idea was so fantastic and so extremely cool! Here's the result. Really, I think that they look good together!:)) You can find the close-up image next.

of the two movies I've watched only the Chronicles of Narnia, so I can say only about the Witch... she's perfect! You're very good at the portrait thing, Anya! And, as the previous commenters said, they look very nice together 10
P.S. it's not necessary to result in children, is it? I mean, they've probably heard of contraceptives 10 Ignore that last sentence, please *blush*

1 Anya 'Guimza' Kholodova replies: "Thank you so much, Yana!
Well, "tim Burton's "Sleepy Hollow" is a good movie, with Johnny Depp and Christopher Walken (this guy2
As for the contraceptives - well, I am not so sure that the undead things like the headless horseman of Halloween are really need them...2))"

Holy new favourite, Batman! Seriously - this is really amazing. The atmosphere, the features, the details are all really well done. Plus, Sleepy Hollow is one of the best movies evar. I love the details in the cape - the whole spooky feel is just right. Awesome job!

11 Anya 'Guimza' Kholodova replies: "He-he thank you, Kementari! Sorry for the late reply. I am glad that you like it. I put a lot of efforts in it, but I also like the result. At least people are recognizing them!2)"

This is the best picture of the Hessian I know! The colours, the details and especially the horseman himself. Very often he is illustrated without his head. That is disappointing: his eyes and teeth give him a ferocity, a devilish power, frightening yet possessing you. Christopher Walken is a very special man, the way he looks at you, his eyes, his lips...I had many dreams of the Hessian, very often he was a vampire. (In the movie he kissed Lady Van Tassel, that's where I got the idea from) I love him to catch me, his eyes pulling me down, until I sacrifice myself. His mouth with the devilish grin show me the pointed teeth and I wait for his bite. His moans are music to my ears, his tongue plays with the little wound he made. I hear him enjoying himself while his black cloak is covering me, his strong body pressed against mine I feel the black gloves running through my hair. Finally when he's done he kisses me and lays me down for his lust has no end yet, and while I try to touch his raven-black, wild hair he tells me to hush. He has chosen me, such an glorious warrior has chosen me My soul is his, now it is my body's turn...

3 Anya 'Guimza' Kholodova replies: "Oh wow, that's very... poetic12 You'd make a great victim for the Hessian. And I am very proud to get a compliment from someone who's so obsessed affected... Thank you very much!2"

I am flattered. I know it is really difficult to draw Christopher Walken's face. That is why I find your picture so wonderful because you got everything right. Have you seen him as the archangel Gabriel? Perhaps you could draw him like that. He is such a powerful man and a marvellous actor. Again: very good work.

2 Anya 'Guimza' Kholodova replies: "Thank you! I used a ton of photo references for this picture, for the face and for the costume. I usually don't use any, but I usually don't draw real people either2
I quite agree with you, he's a powerful man and a great actor... Funny, the first role I remember him in is Zorin, a delicious villain from a James Bond movie... 2"

It seems like every time I come to your corner of the woods you seem to have improved in leaps and bounds. Not that any of your earlier art was lacking you understand, its just your style seems to be really coming into its more and more. Hope that dont sound too gushy, but its how i see it 2

This is an excellent scene. The colours you'v used on the back drop manage to carry across the coldness of the place and the people in it. But you'v managed to avoid making the picture look too washed out, which i always find is a bit of a pit-fall when trying to achive this kind of feel. Character cross overs are always interesting, but this is a really good one. Your right, they do look good together.

Sorry i havent been round for a while. Iv been putting a lot of time into my writing (such as it is) and with other day to day commitments, unfortunatly im finding it hard to find the time to lose myself in your corner of the woods. Seeing your ever expanding gallerys makes me a little green. I just wish there were more hours in the day!
