Cool. I like the scales on the dragon, it must have taken forever. I'm going to have to agree with a previous comment, what is monotone colouring?

THIS IS PHENOMANAL(if I even spelled that right). I really like the detail, and the strings of pearls (Beads? Dew?) Hanging around. The dress is quite pretty, as is the dragon. I myself usually cheat on the scales! 2 I also really enjoy her jewlery. Sparkly! I mean.. Uh... Great job! YAY!

Err... where's the rest of the dragon? Quite lovely, but the dragon should be a tad more graceful, to echo the elf lady.
