| 27 Jul 2002 | Sidhe | Loading...I cant believe how perfect that is. I love it. You're very very talented. As a writer you'd think I'd have something better to say to you, but I'm presently out of words, and it's 2 am. - Sidhe | |

| 13 Jun 2004 | Rhett Ethan Kennedy | Loading...This is a very powerful piece of work. When I saw the thumbnail I wasn't expecting this! If your intent was to create a bit of fear, loathing and disgust, you made it work in me. Perhaps one of the things this peice does (along with your narrative) is not only causes a disgust in what others do, but also the glimmers of secrets can do in anyone's life. You don't have to be a serial killer to feel the allure of secrets and forget the damage they can cause in one's life. I also wanted to say...have you looked at any of Wayne Douglas Barlowe's work from the Inferno? This seems to hearken a bit from that vein. If you haven't, I think you might enjoy it. Eric Wadley replies: "Thanks for the feedback on this. As for Barlowe, I've seen some (but not all) of his work. I have his book Expedition (which I love)." | |

| 8 Jun 2006 | Twilight Star | Loading...I like this picture; it is very thought provoking. I do believe the lies and secrets we do tell ourselves cause may of societies woes, but I believe hate is part of that deception. People, such as serial killers for example, believe in the lies they tell themselves and keep secret their murders but I feel these are fueled by intense hate. Hitler was full of hate, lies and deception and yes many of the Germans did believe him. My mother is from Berlin and she told me of how Hitler's charisma charmed so many because he helped them move from a devastated economy to a prosperous one only to lie and deceive them with secrets of war.
Your pieces are very interesting and I love the narratives you put with them. Perhaps if people looked more at art perhaps there would be less hurt and pain in the world. Keep up the great work.
| 13 Aug 2006 | Jamie Wyld | Loading...in short, if we do not question what's acceptable...
then we live in fear of the time...
that the accepted becomes questionable.
(I made that up - do you like it?)
A very powerful piece - personally I don't think there was any need for the text above...
It truly is a case of a picture painting a thousand words.
