SciFi and Fantasy Art Kalia, Black and White by Marisa Paredes

This was a sketch I did in 1999. I never finished it and I thought it was doomed to stay hidden away in my notebook forever. But, as you can see I finished it with Painter Classic. I like the way it turned out. It's dark and mysterious. This is Kalia, she is a princess in Granada. I'm still working on her story, so not much to say about her. One thing I like about this pic is Kalia's sad face, like she is very worried about something or she's uncertain about her future.

Thea: Wow I love this one, it is the best in your whole gallery...no matter what among the Black roses saiys. Among The Black Roses: Thea has her own opinions, and i don't agree. Although you did do an amazing job with this picture, I have to say the other one was still better. Maybe this will be my second favorite picture....either way it is very beautiful.
