SciFi and Fantasy Art The Staff of Death and Rebirth by Ryan Simons

Here comes another one of my story background things. One of the Lethnii (magical symbol weapon thing crafted by the gods to try and hold back the powers of Earth from killing them) turns out to be the staff thing at the left. It was actually originally two staves- you guessed it: the totem of death (the thing with the eye) and the lance of rebirth (the thing with the weird ball things). An oracle long before this scene used the lance of rebirth and impaled the totem of death, and Death lost many of its powers, but the truths of rebirth slowly faded into legends, then myths, until only tales of the staff itself remained. Now the Heart Carver tribe(consisting of 4) are searching for the Staff of Death and Rebirth. The guy on the right is one of them. But the Staff of Death and Rebirth has its own willpower, and wishes for the one on the roof(background) to claim it, not the Heart Carvers. Story cuts off here.
