hehe. this is an older picture of mine. but since we have SO MUCH NEW ROOM in our galleries, thanks to the merge!! *blows kisses at Elfwood* i decided to upload it. =). i like this picture because of the body forms. probably for nothing else. I like legs. yes...legs are pretty. ^_^ i like the elf the best (the one crouching)

just a scene from my fantasy novel. not much to tell, just that they are being boarded by enemy pirates and the captian (yes the one in the centre) is shouting orders. =P

Well scurvy my timbers...or something...0.o. lmao. i'm in the process of coloring this. boy, how i love prismacolors! ^_^ this was done solely without reference, hence the weird porportions. *g* OH! And this is a work in Progress! a major one!! ^_^

Medium: brown Prismacolor pencil =)

The position of the person all the way to the left is great, so life like. For a work in progress i think its very good.

I don't know how you did it, but I envy you. I have such a hard time getting my characters into crouching poses. I wonder, would you wind if I used your picture as a reference for a character I'm drawing? I mean, not your idea or anything, but I dearly need to practice those kinds of poses. Let me repeat: dearly.

Anywho, I really like this one. The sketchiness is actually very charming, and I'm surprised you dont have more comments. Lets see, tips and criticism.... I cant really think of anything. And I dont think the proportions are out of whack.

There is something about pirates that everybody just seems to love!!I agree with the above comment, the person on the left came out great. The main character seems a little out of proportion but I can't place my finger on just what is "off" over all a very well done picture!
