Hi guys, I'm back! After about about a year hiatus, I have returned! Life just has this way of...well...getting IN the way. Time is of the essence these days and it's becoming harder and harder to find time to not just reply to comments and update, but to draw and create in general, but I'm trying my very hardest! Artists block is NOT fun...and that's just the way it's been recently, sadly. But since Art will always be my most preferred hobby, I try to go back to it once in a while. =D

For those of you who DON'T know, I am Ashley Reneé Versaggi, and I go by the pen-name *Celesta*. I am a 21 year old Senior in University double majoring in Chemistry with a Biochem track. College has been the best years of my life!

Here's a little history of my time at Elfwood: I found Elfwood around six years ago. I was the 'lurker' before I got my SF&F Gallery in May 2002, and then this gallery shortly afterwards. I am in debt to my friend Christiano, for he is the one who pushed me into putting my art up on this esteemed site. I miss you Christiano. I hope your hand never ceases to create artwork, love. <3

I'm sure you don't need to know that I am one of those poor saps who is humongously obsessed with such things as Harry Potter. And like every other obsessie, I came here for refuge!

As for HP there are a few things I'd like to say: every artist AND every person who has read these books have their own opinion of what the characters looked like. I also have my own view as how they look like. Sadly movies tend to make influence, but still. If your view of a character doesn't mesh with my view, don't be stupid about it. That's the beauty of Books and Imagination!!

The third thing i'd like to inform you all of is as follows: I LOVE REMUS JOHN LUPIN! I love him absolutely. He is my utmost favorite character, everyone else pales in comparasion. *sighs* ok ok. ^_^ enough.

My favorite of the Harry Potter Series books are (thus far), in order: III, VII, VI, V, IV, I, II. My favorite of the Harry Potter Series  movies are (thus far), in order: IV, III, II, I...because the movies just keep getting better.
