I’m only asking because most of your works seem to be in a fairly low resolution. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. http://www.gimp.org/ It has better tools than Paint, can read .BMPs and the .JPG compression is adjustable so it wont mess with your images.
