She is a woman blessed with the ability to change into a pegasus, thanks to her mystical tattoos given to her by a sorcerer. She is cursed however with flightlessness ever since she was captured for a royal menagerie and had her wings clipped. now her tatoos seems faded and smudged and she will never fly again.

This is great. I love the tats "even though those tats have been done" this is a wonderfully heart filled piece.

:-) Charlotte Anne Thomson replies: "I know I know! ive seen 'The Crow 2 ', Ill admit it! lol but i just liked the idea of the tattoos being the human manifestation of real wings, her secret. thanks for the comment! "

Oh! *breathes out silently* that is just beautiful; what medium is it? The lines are so soft and 'swishy' and the tattoo running is just so perfect for the story behind it!

:-) Charlotte Anne Thomson replies: "glad you like her 19) The body is drawn in pencil, as are the tattoos but i drew them separately and superimposed them on photoshop and created the running effects on photoshop too. x charlotte"

OOO!! ! love it! the bloody wngs tatoo its the greatest. I had a dream that i could morf into a peagusus once. It was really weird, and so real that I remember the feel of my bones changing and my feet tranforming to hooves. Love ur shading and blending.

With just a few elements like the pose and the spidery drips you've captured a broken spirit perfectly. I do so want to see it healed! A lot of your other pics have such gripping emotion to them. That's a rare gift!

"Royal Menagerie", terrible nobles! Eat the rich! Free the beasts!

...ahem. Yes, well, very well done and hauntingly beautiful. Keep goin'!
