SciFi and Fantasy Art Celestial Lovers by A. ´Kyubi Kitsy´ Furuichi

Based on many different stories which stem from the sun-boy/moon-girl theme, this illustration adds some personal themes about myself, my interests, and heritage. The actual illustration is 2 20x30 illustration boards colored with copic markers, airbrush, watercolor, and colored pencils. There are minor touchups (which you may or may not be able to see) with gel pens and acrylic ink&paint. The boards are supposed to fit together in the center, but due to warping from storage and their size, it's difficult to cleanly photograph. I also added in the border in Photoshop to give the edges a cleaner look. ^_^

I love the color scheme, the flowing strands of hair, the sparkles, the highlights, just everything about it. I kind of like the left side of the picture better than the right side, but that's probably because I'm partial to the moon and the color blue.
