SciFi and Fantasy Art Shaftiel - Angel of Shadows by Tiina Aumala

Seeing End of Evangelion probably wasn't entirely beneficial for my psyche. I felt shaken several days after it, and then when doing an image search with the words capricorn and cancer, two of the resulting thumbnail images (one a doll, other apparently abstract art) combined in my mind to form this image, which I immediately started working on in photoshop. After finishing it the anxiety subsided, and I was left with this image of something that appears to be an Evangelion angel, but none seen in the Anime. I decided to name it after the angel Shaftiel to keep up the 'naming tradition' of the series.

11 Apr 2009	Anon.	Loading... it looks like something Salvador Dali would paint.....I do NOT approve of that movie "little ashes" they are making about him with that poofy haired brit! He was NOT completely homosexual, he ended up marrying a woman before his death! smashes her head repeatedly on the glass desk and i just now read a comment on No-Face, and YES, it does look a bittle like him...or her...or shcler... BLAH!
