Did this one day when I was in highschool and feeling lonely. Then another student who was extremely religous saw it and she got her friends together to 'save' me and I wasn't lonely any more.

Hm, well the details are good on your dragon. I haven't seen a dragon head like that in many places. Fairly creative with the fire, eye, and stance of the dragon. The two things I don't like about it though is that the head seems not to flow into the neck and body and it looks too much like a human with a dragon suit on with it's bipedal skeletal and muscular structure. But, over all good detail to it.

:-) Owen CR Pierce replies: "You're right about the head, it should be more of a 3/4 view to his right. The bipedal humanoidness(new word, I claim it!)is a result of my highschool art teacher at the time making us do endless body and head studies of people. If I were going to redo this the dragon would be more hunched over like it was rearing and no biped shoulders."

Weeeel... first of all, I love it. Lovelovelove. Second of all... I'd rather be lonely than surrounded by people trying to save me. But that's just me. And I'm rambling.

:-) Owen CR Pierce replies: "I don't mind being alone but once in a verrrry great while I feel lonely so their company wasn't unappreciated. I'm ecstatic that you triple loved the picture and lastly, there really is nothing quite like a good ramble..."

I didn't comment on this?! Agh, what bummyness on my part.

Nice! Looks like he's playing catch with the orby-thing. (My brain is fried.) I like your "black and white" style very much. Now, I'm going to run, because your dragon friend is staring at me with the "FOOD" expression. HAND!

:-) Owen CR Pierce replies: "NONONO that's his "wanna play catch" face. Thanks and you HAND as well!"

a dragon with expression I love it. Also thanks for visiting. I will try more furries but I am hoping some inspiration will happen for more pic for my home page. Hmmm... Dragon wizards *pulls lucifer out her pocket* I am going to go draw my dragon magic maker. Thanks for the inspire.

:-) Owen CR Pierce replies: "D'oh! I forgot to reply! Well I hope your Dragon Mage turns out and I'll be checking your page to see what turns up ! HAND!"

Wow, that's beautiful, the flame things are excellent and that eye at the bottom gives it a nice touch. I love the shading on his wings and the details on his body. A great picture!

:-) Owen CR Pierce replies: "Flamey things and that eye are there to fill space but they turned out O.K. Scales are a nice way of meditating I guess, just sit down, watch your Saturay morning cartoons and scale away. Thank you, and take care of yourself yeah?"

The serpentine style gives it an ancient Chinese feel. Just being near the screen makes me all warm and toasty!

:-) Owen CR Pierce replies: "Good for those chilly English Winters..."

Hmmm... And I was thinking I had commented on this, but alas!, how wrong I was.

The head looks fine to me, I don't think it's twisted in any sort of wrong direction as compared to the neck. I also see nothing wrong with the rather humanoid body, although it would probably need more muscles (on it's back at least) to enable flight. That sounded like enabling some program on a computer... Yesh, furthermore, the Fire. The FIRE! It's magnificent! As is the eye (Eye of Sauron, Eye of Sauron...) and the horns, especially. And what's mor ethe shading is great as per usual or whatever some more intelligent/less telligent person said. I figured as such, if being INtelligent means you're smart, being telligent must mean you're dumb. Yes...Actually it's "Eye of taking up space so I don't leave my little dragon buddy floating in nothingness" but I think maybe this could be one of Sauron's chief dragon/wyrm/drake minions yeah? And telligent? I'm going to use that tonight when I go to class, " That's a very 'interesting' conclusion fellow student. You must be very TELLIGENT!" HAND!

He's a rather nasty looking fellow. Excellent work. Dragons are notoriously hard to draw. So many come out like cows with claws. not so here. kudos.Cows with claws frighten me, sometimes they bite back. Thank you very much and HAND!
