to hater guy, F***u! its an amazing piece of art and the coloring is exceptional and makes it awesomeness.
drow are a black skinned white haired species of elf (don't worry I didn't know about them for a long time either), but in this case blue skinned and darker blue haired.

1 they are a made up fantasy race therefore changable
2 a picture is whatever the artist says it is,
