| 8 Apr 2002 | Matt <malacoda@ang...com> | Loading...When I was a boy I had a dream where I looked up at the sky, and the sun fell into my hand and became a radiant sunflower. I looked into the night sky and was pulled into the stars... this painting reminds me of that dream. Whatever the inspiration was for this, I think you should look deeper into it.

It's so dreamy, like she's looking at her own mask of life and then realizing that when it's put up to the light, it's just a gloomy shadow. That's all masks are. L'chaim! | |

| 22 Aug 2003 | Susan 'Sugar' Remondi | Loading...Go tours! Anyway, I really like this. it's an awesome concept.. but you're right, it doesn't look like the light is from the moon. But I have no idea how to draw, so I can't tell you how to make it look like that..maybe make the moon bigger/brighter? I don't know. I'm no help. sorry . But it's pretty. I love the girl. And the covers. Both have so much detail.. amazing. | |
| 26 Jan 2004 | Vercertorix | Loading...Not really about the picture but the comments above it. I never showed my parents anything I drew like that. Didn't do anything too terrible but also didn't want to have a "talk" about them. I did weird stuff because it appealed to me. Still haven't got coloring down which you've done good on throughout the work in your gallery. | |
