:-) Arthur L. Williamson replies: "Cool, I'd love to see your work. The truth is I don't have much patience which sometimes leads to work looking unfinished. This one just happens to be more finished looking by some wierd twist of fate."

Awesome. This is so cool. I couldn't find a flaw in it if I tried!

1 Arthur L. Williamson replies: "Thanks Alorah! I'm sure there are plenty of flaws in it but it is kind of you to say otherwise."

There is something wrong with your cat person... There are a few extra lines on the face that makes it look a little puffy on bothe sides. Also the ears... It seem rather small for cat's ears. If I cover his fangs and whiskers, it almost looks like a bulldog.

(*Please don't hit me... Just delete this message if you find it overly-critical...*) 2

22 Arthur L. Williamson replies: "*prepares to deliver a vicious pounding* HOW DARE YOU CRITICIZE ME!?! Oh wait. Because the cat dude DOES look like a dog! *calms down and no longer wishes to pound anyone* I would never delete a critical message unless it was stupid or annoying. I appreciate people who leave honest and critical comments about my work. It helps me get better! Thanks for the advice Vincent!"

The head actually resembles the head of a dog. The head is too fat looking. Try thinning the sides of the neck and removing some of the lines that make it look like extra skin curls. Cats have very narrow heads, their ears are bigger and sharper. Even when their ears are down they have a blade like edge to them. Also their mouths split apart mor when the open. The parts with the whiskers move away from each other. That is all for my critisisms. If this offends you then delete it.

12 Arthur L. Williamson replies: "You are SURE to be deleted for your offensive comments! Wait... These things you are saying... I find them to be true! This is actually a very good critique T.! The truth is I don't draw many animals, don't like drawing animals and probably NEVER will like drawing animals, thus the dog-like cat-dude. Thanks for dropping by and feel free to comment anytime!"

Like the pose a lot... like doing leap frog... the shading and contrast could be a little deeper to give it a fuller look... the line work and motion is the best part of this... keep it real .....

2 Arthur L. Williamson replies: "  Ahhh... my arch enemy, Contrast! Making things dark is one of my gigantic weaknesses although I have taken the advice of you and many others and am working on giving my new work more contrast. Thanks for the comments Kevin!"

LOVE the whole cat-person idea- i have to admit though its face may not be very catlike-no offence but the ears are too small. Im still making up my min if I like the pose or not,I think i would have drawn it with its head slightly pulled more forward to look more convincing, but you still did a good job.
P.S. Please dont eat me.

:-) Arthur L. Williamson replies: "I won't eat you. This particular picture I would find much more satisfying if it weren't labelled Catperson. Thanks for stopping by!"
