SciFi and Fantasy Art King and Court by Arthur L. Williamson

The Mad King Bob has ruled his country for longer than anyone can remember. A cruel and harsh king, Bob enjoys parading through the villages of his kingdom showing off his latest acquisitions. These usually take the form of captured or abducted women from lands both near and far. Never far from King Bob's side is his trusty magician Ralph. Ralph and Bob have terrorized the land for many years but that is all about to end. One of the three women in his current "Court" has plans for King Bob that entail blood, pain and death.

This was drawn just as a sort of illustration for some scenario I made up in my head for the purpose of having something to illustrate. Its a vicious circle really. Done on 8 1/2 X 11 inch paper with a number two pencil.

I would put my money on the innocent looking girl in the bondage gear...always from where you least expect it. Any plans to ink it? Arthur L. Williamson replies: "Ack! I wasn't planning on it. My inking abilities are both weak AND pathetic. This was just a weird completely random picture that popped into my head that I now feel done with. HOWEVER... As I know you, Martin Vire, to be much more expert at the craft of inking, I would be willing to email you a higher resolution copy to see what you can do with it. Or not. Either way thanks for commenting on my junk!"
