These were characters my husband and I created on our favorite RPG chat in the world. Well, okay, the only one I go to. Anyways, Kol was a warrior and Sana was a naive young traveler. They're such an adorable match because of their extreme size difference; during their travels, Kol would often tote Sana around on one shoulder. I've always wanted to be a kitty-person. I guess Sana is the closest I'll ever get to seeing myself as one. Edited at a wise commentor's suggestion in Adobe- I did it in colored pencil and a lot of the finer shading was lost in scanning. So now his nose is pink again!

Aw, this is really cute. The expression on the little girl's face is so good, she looks really in love!
The only thing I could nitpick on is that the torso and head on the man is too white (even the nose is white!?). This gives the picture a half-finished look. If you want to keep him white, maybe an idea would be to have a coloured background?

2 Anissa M. Keyes replies: "Well, she's not a little girl- just so you know! She's like 19 in that pic- prolly just before they got married. But thanks bunchies! And I did change it, as that was a really good suggestion- so by the time this shows up on the site, the pic will be the slightly altered new version. *G*"

Oh cute!! I'm dying from the cuteness!! I know what you mean about wanting to be a cat person...I have that same feeling! But ah, at least we can draw down our wishes!
Anyway, this picture really is SUPER cute...It's kind of like a house cat falling in love with....well, a big cat! *is rambling* The coloring job is so good, too ;_; What did you use to color this??
Great picture! huzzah! =D

19 Anissa M. Keyes replies: "I love this pic especially because I think of my big teddy-kitty husband Ben...oh, I'm such a sap, but it's true. Anyways, I used colored pencils mostly, did a little Photoshop for little details. Thanks a millions!"

In real life, Ben's not that big 12 *laughs evilly* This is really one of your better pics, Nissa. *sighs* This is what I aspire to.

2 Anissa M. Keyes replies: "Cripes, where is a Blushy facie when I need one? *L* Well, obviously Ben's not that much bigger than me and in "reality" such a size difference wouldn't work, but I'm blathering. *G* Thank you. That means a lot."

Nice picture, but I'm sorry to say that the girl's tail looks like it has been glued on.

Evelina makes a good point. Although the art is well done, you need to remembre that the bones in an animals tail are an extension of its spine and should folow the curve of its back.

keep up the good work.

flaktrap, over 'n out
