Yet another illustration for this trilogy that I DON'T ACTUALLY LIKE. (See 'Tayledras forest guard' and 'Bard Stef' in my gallery). There are more of these coming: maybe if I thouroughly illustrate these books, I'll get over this compulsion. So, in case you were wondering... This is Herald Mage Vanyel, balking the army of darkness in the mountain path. He will die here shortly, and he knows it. I imagine Yfandes, his companion, is already gone...
