This is Drisinil after she joins the greater good rather than evil. Her and her mate Rizzen a good surface elf are in an embrace hear. Used pencils and markers.

Is that a ink (skin art) or a glove on the man's arm? Great work but I would think he was the dark elf. Hope to see more of your work soon.

:-) Barbara Jean LeDay replies: "Well the thing on his arm is spider silk, its soft but as strong as armor (my friend is the one that came up with it). And just to let you know both elves are dark elves, Drisinil (the female), just left the underdark and it's evil ways, Rizzen (the male), has been on the surface for sometime and has not follewed the ways of Lolth (the evil drow deity) for sometime. He and Drisinil now serve Elistrae a good drow deity."

Tee hee! He may be all good, but her look suggests that she still has some "evil" spice in her. I love it! Your drawlings are utterly inspiring to me!

great art, but a true connoisseur of drow would notice this: while the drow priestesses honor Lloth in all her spidery-badness, the males don't tend to enjoy her likeness all that much - the tattoo, while awesome to behold, well-drawn and well-placed and oh-so-cool, is most likely something a female would sport, not a male - you rock anyway though!

:-) Barbara Jean LeDay replies: "thank you, i know of the drow and actually have a shelf on art, novels, gamebooks, comics, etc on elves, drow, fae, etc.I drew what my friend wanted I already know of the drow society and all that, but well if someone requests something in a work i draw what they want, viewer satisfaction/client satisfaction, 'art for arts sake' art need not be accurate when done for leisure/pleasure or as a job"
