  | I wanted to draw something with an interesting border, and so I came up with this. I did the border first, having no idea what I was going to put in the middle. Originally it was going to be a door in a tree, then a Hobbit hole, and I finally settled on the four hills with ruins on them. 'Losta Eren' means roughly enough 'Ruin Hills', in a language that has no name or any other words. Originally I was going to use Tolkien's Sindarin for the title, but I changed the words around a bit, and came up with Losta Eren. I suppose once upon a time there were buildings of some sort on the four hills, but now they're reduced to the remnants of the stones. Mechanical pencil, 4H pencil. |
