I started out as a reader, became a writer, and am now also an amateur artist. I draw mainly people (though it seems there are turning out to be less people in this gallery than other things), and a few other various things when I feel so inclined. I am a mechanical pencil person, I draw pretty much everything in pencil, and if I feel like colouring it's most likely to be in coloured pencil. I haven't the patience for computer colouring, and not the skill for paint. I write fantasy, and I read fantasy, and I like cheese. I'm not British, by the way, I just use British spellings because I like them a great deal better than American spellings. And that is it for now.

Favourite authors (some of them, I have a very long list): J.R.R. Tolkien, T.A. Barron, Tamora Pierce, Philip Pullman, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Garth Nix, C.S. Lewis, Margaret Weis, Ursula LeGuin, J.K. Rowling...
