| 15 Jul 2006 | Nina Roussakova | Heya. I've had a glance through your gallery... and I must say... you raise a lot of praise and hate. *hugs* Take it as a compliment either way, because clearly people CARE enough to write these reviews.
As for breasts well... you draw big and small breasts alike. I think half the people hate big breasts these days because it seems like all male artists always draw them, and it puts a lot of women off because they know that's not what they, or anyone they know, looks like. Granted, it's fantasy, but maybe that's WHY. They can never live up to it. -_-,
So it's good to see you draw both. I'll agree that in some cases, the breasts were bigger than the waist would be able to support, but it's STYLISED. It doesn't *have* to be real. And yes, women like that *do* exist. People should get over it. The only reason why we don't see naturally skinny big breasted women is because they have their boobs made smaller. Which is kind of ironic, considering how much money other women spend on getting the same figure. x_X
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is I see both points, but I don't think you deserve all that flaming. It's art, it's fantasy art. Nobody complains about pointy ears not existing in real life, so why about this?
I think your art is beautiful. That "How big is too big?" picture really made me laugh. ^_^ You have some great pictures, and I hope to comment on them sometime soon. | |
