The horse to the right shows a great deal of motion for being a rough sketch. The musceling on the chest, and the angle of it's entire body shows how he's moving, and leaning into a high speed turn. Now the feet get muddled a lil' but that is a very dificult pose to pull off! I'd say keep up with using pictures to draw from and just keep at it! *smiles* Really -look- at what your trying to capture, and feel the muscles, you'll do great. Every thing else falls into place when you understand the muscles and bone structures. ^-^ Vanessa L. Norte replies: "Thanks. Yeah, I did this picture about a year ago. I am not good with structures and muscles but I am good at looking at the pictures and drawing exactly what I see. Im guessing I should probably work on knowing the muscles a little more. It would probably help. Thanks!" | |
