Jessica ´BadCat´ Kelley replies: "Hmm, thank you for the ideas! They resemble my original ideas, in the general scheme of things: intent of murder, old English, sacrifice... aheh..."
| 14 Sep 2004 | Littlegothgirl | Loading...Ok, this is just what I get by looking at the picture - She's some kind of medieval hit-woman sent to kill him by some evil emperor, and he's realized who she is as she sneaks up on him. He turns around *Gasp* 'I'ts you!' Blah Blah don't do this, then in a moment of caught up passion and intense old english, they stare into each others eyes and ... That would make a cool story Cool pic btw.

Jessica ´BadCat´ Kelley replies: "There is some uncertainty to her posture, indeed. Have more or less completed this sketch now... will hopefully update soon. (haha, sweet optimism)"
| 9 Jan 2005 | TEMPEST | Loading...Love is a given, it is everywhere in that atmosphere. But the story and intrigue is in the eyes of lovers involved, and they are entrancing to say the least. The lady, w/ a definite feel of regret…and a posture as if she wishes to run from it all. The man, obviously loved her or still does…a seemingly cold glance as if he had been betrayed. Still he holds her close in a loving embrace to never let her go…unconditional love…forgiving. To understand the story beyond here we must play the game of symbolism. Let us say that the beautiful garden in the background was their sanctuary of love and romance. The conveniently white flame has began to swallow it up to be destroyed and forgotten. The knife, a symbol of guilt leaves one to wonder what our dear lady’s role in this doom was…but her presence there tells us she came to reconcile or try to stop the tragedy from claiming her love as well. The man, while hurt, must remain strong and true to his lady. He believes in their love, just as he believed she would be there. They may extinguish the flame, defeating the doom that has come for them but if not…they will fall together, as the soul mates they always were. I have told you what I see w/ an open end, but you are the creator of this beautiful piece…I leave it up to you, TEMPEST Jessica ´BadCat´ Kelley replies: "Oh, but I love such a comment! You have an intriguing take on this picture... I'm honoured that you see so much in it." | |
| 6 Feb 2005 | Anonymous | Loading...Maybe she wasn't trying to kill him, maybe he caught her trying to kill herself. Don't know if that helps, but it's an alternative idea. Jessica ´BadCat´ Kelley replies: "Yeah, that could work too... ah, a picture might paint a thousand words, but everyone reads a different story." | |
| 14 Aug 2006 | RavenThorn | Loading...I think that for some reason or another, he must sacrifice himself to the gods, and he has asked her to kill him and be with him while he perishes. What are their names? Jessica ´BadCat´ Kelley replies: "Names? Names? Umm.... erh... Cindy and Geoffrey. Maybe not. I have no idea. " | |
| 16 Jan 2007 | Emily | Loading..."Leave me. I am a monster, unworthy of your touch, unworthy to live. Leave me to end my life, so that I do not end the lives of others. I do not want to hurt anyone else. I do not want to hurt you." Just a random idea I had. There's so much love between the figures. . . and so much pain. . . Jessica ´BadCat´ Kelley replies: "Nice. Thanks for the feedback!" | |
