| 11 Apr 2007 | Matthew W Gonzales | Loading..... although, yes, her arm itself does make it look like the pauldron is her shoulder which would make them a tad too broad, but if you were to focus ONLY on the shoulders, they are perfectly fine. | |
| 11 Apr 2007 | Matthew W Gonzales | Loading...Actually, her shoulders are fine, especially with some pauldrons. I think a lot of people tend to forget lately that people's bodies are not defined solely by gender. Not all women have broad hips and narrow shoulders, some have narrow hips and broad shoulders, and others have broad hips and broad shoulders, and yet others have narrow hips and shoulders. Take a look at The Fantasy Figure Artist's Reference File by Peter Evans and you'll see what I mean. The woman they used to model a Female Barbarian has a shoulder width of almost 3 head widths and a hip width of only 1 1/4th her head width. people need to realise there is flexibility in human figure. Presuming she is a broad shouldered woman with a bit of muscle tone, and there is any amount of armour on her shoulders, she is within realistic limits, and not all that bad if you ask me. | |
