This is theme number 10 from the 100-theme List that's been running around the net.

She's supposed to be a wind priestess or soething like that... probably that's why her head's shaved...

She might also be Halfelven, since I really didn't know wether i should give her pointy ears or normal ones... so call her Halfelven if u want.

Also, suggestions for this character's name are warmly welcomed :)

She looks totally in bliss enjoying the feeling of the wind. Really pretty and love the swirliness of the strings.

Nice work on her sleeves! Really nice sense of wind; almost feels like she’s soaring like a bird. I’m just a hopeless name nerd, so here are some ideas for her:
Kamakani or Makani (Hawaiian; means wind), Kastha (Sanskrit; path of the wind), Alida (Latin; little winged one) Zafrira (Hebrew; morning wind), Zéphyrine (Greek; wind), Séphora (Hebrew; female bird), Iolani (Hawaiian; bird of heaven), Misora (Japanese; beautiful sky), Sha****ala (Sanskrit; a bird), Kotori (Japanese; bird of luck), Fei Yen (Chinese; flying swallow), Cedonia (Latin; a swallow), Manali (Sanskrit; bird) or perhaps Tempest (self explanatory ;p).
