SciFi and Fantasy Art Lost Guardian of the City by Banu Andaru Adhimuka

For thousands of years the temple in the middle of our city stands. Not until yesterday, when invaders attacked our city, burned our homes, and defeated our armies, that we realize the true power it holds. That time, when all hope leaves us, the giant knight statue that hold the front portion of the temple suddenly moves. In short time, it single-handedly defeated the invaders and then fell lifelessly to the ground.
