A girl named faith walked out

one moon lit evening

to the garden sideing her house

and from up in a tree,a boy she spied

curiosity over came her fear

she spoke to the boy

and when he came down,

in his arms was a crumpled

injured

raven

the next day she went

to lord Allan's manor

who did she meet but the boy

who cradled

the raven

Allan invited her in

and she spoke with him

becoming his nurse

for Allan was sick ,

his life failing

Faith stayed with the boy

paler than starlight,

eyes bluer than sapphires

it wasn't long when she met his brother

his hair, blacker than the dark side of the moon,

one eye emerald, the other of gold

day by day she felt she grew

fond of the blue eyed one

she knew she had fallen in love

Gabriel in turn loved her

with a love stronger than stone

fierce as hornets

soft as fleece

For the twin brothers

were trapped, unknown to faith,

trapped in a gilded cage, disguised

by the manner

they had fates frightening

to be known

and that's why Allan trapped them

so perhaps he could control

but as the moon waxed,

Allan grew weaker

he had fallen into his death bed

with his passing, their freedom

all they could do was wait

hoping that faith couldn't

save him

hoping that his passage

would set them free

And

Gabriel and Faith had a love

that made all others fade'

and when they kissed, starlight glowed

all along, Faith not knowing

Allan died four days later

the brothers freed,

they had to leave

and in doing so, leaving Faith

So Gabriel told her

he world skipped a spin

as her mortal tears fell

he left his brother

death to say goodby

her tears fell on his chest

bringing a fire

one by one, his fathers fell

untill there was nothing but bone

a gust of wind, blew away and he

was mortal

her tears made him mortal,

to return to his job when

he died
