I have some comments (both good and constructive): 1) The background is faded very well! 2) The dragon's hornd look like antenna, they are too thin. 3) The dragon's expressions is good- like he is listening to a secret plan. 4) The mage is missing a hand. I hope you keep drawing because you are a great artist. I really like the (pillar?) that goes up to where the dragon is.
