The blade of Corwin, Prince of Amber. The Blade is forged of a piece of the Pattern itself. Known as the 'moonblade' it was forged on the steps leading from Amber to Tir-na Nog'th. The power of the pattern flows through the sword.

Awesome sword really great detail too, but what book is it from and why's every one argueing about it?

I've often stumbled into debates over things not meeting the description of a book, but I've come to learn something. WORDS ARE FLUID! If you try too hard to grasp their meaning, you squeeze the life out of them. Yet, let them mean absolutly anything and they slip through your fingers meaninglessly. It's a fine line... Thats where PERCEPTION and Artistic License come into play. Anyway, on to my praise of the drawing...WHATEVER its supposed to be frome its an AWESOME dagger/sword! The shading is AMAZING on it, and you have FLAWLESS metal-texture on your blade! The guard ALMOST looks made of Damascus steel, and your handle wrap is amazing as well. Keep up the awesome work!

wicked sowrd man but and i am not gonna tell you how to draw but i think with so much detail is going on the handle of the swork that i think if you did not put so many detail on the blade of the sword it would have complemented the handle. GREAT HANDLE MAN!!!!!!!!

Somewhere in the books it said, or implied, that Corwin's sword was a type of saber.

It's a nice sword.

But it's not Grayswandir.

Wow, people, stop being so anal! It is this peticular artist rendition of how HE saw the sword. He drew it, amazingly well, the way he saw it in his mind. Don't tell me you all read books and see it exatly how the author saw it.
Very Nice Work

Well, if thats how the author describes it, then yes i cant say i imagin the oposite. Yes i did see it as a Sabre or rapier.

Nice sword by the way, great piece of work.

Yo straight up fu what the rest of those people said about it not being as described in some book bro this is your intpertation of the sword. (btw i make small arm like swords and daggers and i much perfur a sword like this than some dumb ass saber.) over all your art work gets an 8 out of 10 good work.

Lovely work, especially the handle, but I agree that it looks a bit too heavy for the sort of fencing described in the books.
