SciFi and Fantasy Art Greydale, Paladin of Helm by Benjamin F Battiste

I spent about an hour the other night talking to a buddy of mine that I used to game with more then a decade ago. Back then we all played 2nd edition, and loved it. We talked about the wonderful adventures we had, and some of the better characters to show up in the campaing. All that talk got me nostalgic. I decided to redue my paladin, Greydale, who was my personal favorite. You can see my first attempt at him here in the Galleries. I drew him again back when I was in Iraq, but never posted it, not having ever been colored as I was doing with all my pencils back then. Done in Photoshop with Intuos in about 6 hours. That is a speed paint for me!
